Artwork description
The bronze sculpture on a granite pedestal tells the story of the legendary Icarus. Icarus ignored the instructions of his father Daedalus not to fly too high, close to the sun, because the wax on his wings would melt. The tragic consequence of disobeying good advice was a fall from the sky into the sea and his death at sea.
I think that this work can be a nice addition to any interior. It can please not only lovers of mythical stories, but also all those who dream of distant journeys and let their imagination take over.
Note: Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the natural stone on which the bronze sculpture stands.
