"I Feel It Closing In" - New Abstract PMS Micro Painting (2017) Original Oil Painting by Preston M. Smith (PMS)

This is the 62nd piece in my series of PMS Micro Paintings, where I paint unique mini artworks on antique and unique miniature frames. Unlike a normal painting where the frame is bought afterwards, I let the unique frame inspire each individual and unique PMS Micro Painting in the series. Most of these pieces are unique in that they are painted on glass and therefore have a shimmer and glow that sets them apart from most other works. This piece is unique to the series in that it is one of the few pieces that is not painted on glass, rather this one was painted on a single tile/flat surface and the side were painted black. It is the third in a series of three tiled Micro Paintings. It is simplistic and beautiful in color, texture and design.
