Rising above a dense field of oversized pineapple plants, the iconic cylindrical form of the Salyut Hotel appears almost otherworldly, hovering between reality and imagination.

The composition is influenced by the visual language of Pop Art, with its bold contrasts, simplified forms, and graphic outlines. Everyday elements are transformed into striking symbols: the pineapples become rhythmic, almost ornamental shapes, while the hotel itself turns into a glowing urban icon within an unexpected, exotic landscape.

A small luminous “M” in the distance subtly references the metro — a quiet sign of the city’s presence within this surreal environment. Deep blues and saturated greens dominate the palette, creating a nocturnal atmosphere, while warm highlights add a sense of inner light and movement.
