Original artwork description:

When considering whether to put these two horses together, or keep them as individuals, I was reminded of the Christina Rossetti poem in which she compares sea horses to those on the land. The poem begins
"The horses of the sea,
Rear a foaming Crest,"
These lines describe perfectly the movement of these two horses, rearing, tossing their manes, both as free as the crashing of the waves on a stormy sea.

I only charge one set of postage per order. If you buy more than one piece and happen to be charged additional postage at checkout, I will refund.

Materials used:

Wire. Water-based resin. Paints. Wood plinth
