Lovely piece but the packaging was not very good. The last one I purchased was really well packaged but not so this time.

Hi Geoffrey, I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the packaging of your recent purchase. I can only apologise. All my packaging materials are recycled, kindly donated by my small community of friends and neighbours. Occasionally customers mention that the purchase is to be a gift, in which case I happily giftwrap it for them. Otherwise I use whatever I have available to ensure a safe transit. As selling my work is my only form of income I rely totally on customer satisfaction and good reviews so please accept my apologies. Kind regards, Linda.

Looks really nice. A large piece . It is very light . Did not expect that . This is perfect for the place I intended . The horse is for a gift . So will only have feed back in few months. Packaging was very good and delivery very fast 5 stars all round

Thankyou Sandrine, yes people are often surprised that my pieces are light. Instead of casting identical pieces in a mold from metal I hand build each one using wire and other lightweight materials, fabric, packing tape etc. This makes each one unique and individual. I then coat them with several layers of glue and resin so they are rigid and strong, but still light enough to ship globally relatively easily. I am very happy to own one of Linda's unique sculptures and hope to purchase another one in the future. My reason for giving only three stars for "Listing accuracy" is that the sculpture I received in the mail was not the same as what was shown in the picture. However, it is a variation in the same series, and I have come to admire it just as much as the one I intended to buy in the first place. Linda was very gracious about the mixup and even offered a refund.

This is the 3rd item I have purchased from Linda, which are all beautiful pieces. My sister loved my dog, so I have brought her one for her birthday. Linda is an extremely talented artist and I am sure that I will be buying more pieces from her in due course. Highly recommended.
