I have always been fascinated by the spontaneous works of the late Joan Mitchell, and so, many of my newest pieces have been inspired by her!

'Here And Now' is a gestural work rich in spontaneity, urgency, and movement. The work has been created using a myriad of colors including variations of blue, green, pink, and red oxide, with pops of yellow and orange which allows the work to suit a number of interiors.

Using professional acrylic paint on triple primed canvas, the painting is continued to include the sides of the canvas wrap and is ready to hang with a wire attached.

A thin layer of Professional Satin Varnish has been applied for protection.

The painting, signed on the front, extends to include the sides of the gallery-style canvas. As such, no framing is necessary unless desired.
