Unique multi-impression linocut block and monotype print, hand-carved and hand-pressed oil on fabric panel.
This is not a print in the traditional sense. The piece is composed of three individual linoleum plate test impressions, which were hand drawn and carved. The three panels were each stretched and pressed onto the inked plate to complete the initial foreground pass. The second pass is a monotype print for negative space color coverage. The three panels were stitched together to create the final piece.
Hang in any orientation.
