Green Liminal -
the title describes the placing of the green as a separation zone from the otherwise united palette. As a whole, the painting hovers between abstraction and impressionist rendition, so I wanted the green hill to be an anchor for the painting, as well as a surprising colour to enliven the painting.

The painting uses a palette of soft neutral and lavender hue whites to contrast with the rich pinks and reds in the busy tree branches. A strip of green hill provides the sense of distance.

The painting is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.

I always send my paintings by tracked courier for extra security.
