Original artwork description:

Gravel is a plein aire painting of the gravel pits I use to play in as a kid. I spent many hours shifting through the gravel looking for agates and other pretty stones. It is a place near and dear to my heart. It was painted with a sense of urgency as well, since I was standing on a path that had fresh bear prints on it. Looking over my shoulder every few brush strokes.

Gravel is 10 x 8 inches, on stretched canvas. Wired and ready to hang. Comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Materials used:

Oils
