This painting of a white goose is part of my Lone Series - this gorgeous goose is one of the geese found on Lamas Land in Cambridge.
I have worked many colours into the background including a coat of a mix of Dioxazine Purple and Ultramarine, with a hint of Cerulean Blue
This is painted on a 70 x 80 cm box canvas with black edges.
I used acrylic paints for the underpainting, water mixable oils for subsequent coats.
