Many years of living in the South of Europe, has formed my color choices a great deal, the light is wonderful and the area full of subject matter to be inspired by. Who can resist the sight of the goats munching away in a tree, balancing like it is nothing!

a handprinted etching, each print is inked up by me, the artist I have added a technique called aquatint to this copper plate, which gives rich deep tones of the color it is printed in, in this case wonderful soft hues. I have printed "Goats in a Tree" on a beautiful piece of warm white velvety printmaking paper.
