An original watercolor painting of one of the countless waterways in Venice! The yellow-orange building in the light attracted my eye which became the focal point of this painting. The buildings on my either side in shadows and the gondolas help lead the eye straight ahead to the focal point. This is a full imperial sized painting created using artist category watercolor pigments on acid-free watercolor paper.
