Original artwork description
With portraiture, I am usually trying to portray emotion through expression. Here I am celebrating the majesty of the youthful female body and at the same time, capturing that elusive expression. Linguistics is inadequate to fully describe this piece so I gave it the simple title of "GIRL" and will have to leave it to the imagination of the viewer to form their own impressions.
GIRL is a one-of-a-kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint. I have stayed with my usual pallet of warm “earthy” colors.
I only sell original work so there will only be one original and no authorized copies will ever be made. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
