I sought to capture a moment of bold independence amidst the stark expanse of the American roadside. The crisp realism contrasts with a punchy assertiveness expressed through the assertive stance of the figure in the leather jacket. Set against the backdrop of a vintage gas station, the artwork evokes a sense of nostalgia and wanderlust, blending a classic Americana vibe with a contemporary stance on self-confidence and adventure. The energetic presence of this piece will invigorate any living space, offering an air of daring and freedom.
For texture before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied and then sanded for smoothness. Dutch acrylic paints Amsterdam and Italian canvas tm Unico were used. Finish - satin varnish. The ends are painted in the background color. Series "Life in Avatar". Created on and shipped on a pre-stretched canvas on a wooden frame. Painting is packed in cardboard box with layers of bubble wrap to protect it. Artwork is signed and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
