Falesia is a digital abstract artwork inspired by the natural colors and layered surfaces of the Portuguese coast. The composition translates the warm tones of earth, red soil, sand, and coastal landscapes into an abstract arrangement of color and atmosphere.

Rather than depicting a specific place, I use the landscape as a starting point for reducing its visual identity to essential chromatic sensations. The earthy reds evoke the exposed soil of the cliffs, while sandy and warmer tones recall the meeting point between land and sea.

The work explores the relationship between landscape and abstraction, where geographical identity is no longer defined by recognizable forms but by color, texture, and memory. Falesia becomes an imagined fragment of the Portuguese coastline a landscape remembered through its atmosphere rather than its precise appearance.

The result is a contemporary interpretation of a natural environment, transforming the colors of the earth and the coast into a purely abstract visual experience.
