Artist's description:

A first bicycle, it was the same as if you got wings.
It meant you were big and could travel further away from home and 'sush' people away with a bell that rings.
Sometimes you were a spectacle.
And your songs electrical as you waved to passers by.

A bicycle , Such a fine 'machine', which took you to friends and back, you and your rucksack.

When I saw this bicycle in Malta. I couldn't help to think about the owner.
A girl who needs no hike. Shopping she can do as much as she like.
Lucky girl on her bike.
This painting is done with acrylic paint on wood. The frame has slight imperfections that can be seen in the photos and reflected in the price.
I loved doing this painting as it reminded me of my time earlier this year in Malta. Hope you will enjoy it too.
