An impressionistic oil painting of a deep dark forest path, on a late afternoon in the season of autumn.
Where the sun is starting to go down in the forest sky there has been reflections of golden light shining through the canopy, creating startling shades of greens, and various hues of golden yellows and reds in the leaves and foliage.
This painting has a meditative glow of its own.
Hundreds of thousands of paint marks have built up over time to create this unique scene of patterns through the forest.
This painting is textured and layered overtime with a palette knife and brush and is painted around the sides so it can be hung without a frame.
