“For the Birds” is a minimalist, dimensional, fluid, freeform black circular shape set against a stark white background. The abstract form features flowing lines and irregular, organic contours that evoke a sense of movement and spontaneity. Along the solid loop is a human form and several bird-like images.

The asymmetry and contrast between the deep black and the pristine white surrounding it create a bold visual impact that would stand out anywhere you place it. The fluidity and sharpness of the lines balance with an apparent delicacy, offering a strong yet subtle presence on the canvas. The heavy paint marks, which stand above the canvas makes this as much a sculpture as a painting -- bidding you to feel its smooth raised texture.
