I'd like to introduce you to my new painting, Flower Power. This painting began from one I had started a year ago..it wasn't speaking to me until recently. Now I see why now was the right time for it to come to life. For me the flowers reinforce a sublime message for all of us right now. 'Flower Power' carries echoes of peace movements, collective hope and non violent strength, which sit so naturally alongside the poppies as symbols of remembrance. In my painting, power isn't loud or aggressive-it's expressed through growth, colour and coexistence.
The abundance of flowers feels like a quiet uprising: nature standing for peace, education, love and acceptance. Each bloom contributes its own voice, yet together they create something far stronger than any single element. The title adds gentle confidence, reminding us that nature shows us that softness, beauty of nature and time to stop and look around us can be powerful forces of change.

* Painted on a large 30" x 40" stretched canvas ( 76.2cm x 101.6cm )

* Initialed on the front, signed dated and titled on the back

* The frames in the insitu photos are for ideas/suggestions. 'Flower Power' arrives stretched on a frame and the edges are painted so you can hang with or without a frame.

*Ready to hang. (except for Australia and New Zealand where is will be sent rolled in a tube for safe transportation )
