Original artwork description
This painting, "Floating 2" is an oil & acrylic on fine linen. I was inspired as I painted this by the beautiful lakes here on Cape Cod. While painting the landscape I felt it needed a subject that would finalise the painting. It was only right to have an imaginary person floating in this painting and enjoying my imaginary landscape. I think we all need to float more often and just enjoy nature and let everything else go
