Original acrylic on canvas panel.
Framed and ready to hang.
Canvas panel size 14.5 x 14.5 inche Framed size 21 x 21 inches.
The painting is framed in a contemporary painted wood frame with an inner slip. The frame itself is painted a pale grey white and the inner slip is white.
This subject is the little fishing hut settling into the side of the loch near the Glen Clova hotel.
I have visited these glens for many years and now have several sketchbooks of colour studies made on location.
I use these sketchbook paintings as the basis for lots of my work.
Midges can be a bit of a problem so quick studies are very useful!
The artwork is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send my paintings by tracked courier for added security.
