Printed using many layer upon layer of acrylic paint on a printing plate, often using cut stencils, with the addition of oil pastel.

This work is unframed and unmounted, as these decisions are often so personal.

I adore bright colours and I have recently been loving attempting to abstract the landscapes that I see while I walk. I spend long hours walking and sketching as I go, trying to quickly record the patterns, lines and light on the landscapes that I take in. When I return home, I work in a quick yet considered fashion creating monoprints that record what I have seen in abstract ways.

Recently I have been inspired settings in Cornwall, UK.
