Some very succulent figs juicy and ready to eat. They make a lovely contrast with the turquoise plate. This is one of my favourite fruits to paint as the colours vary so much with each fruit. The painting is in oils on canvas on panel. The image continues around the sides of the painting. It is ready to hang.
