Original artwork description:

Daffodil yellow and an array of limey greens dominate this canvas. Inspired by the uplifting colour of daffodils in spring against sunlit grass. I spent a long time mixing lots of different greens and building them up on the canvas in a balanced way. To contrast I added a few scrapings of pink, which is beginning to be a trade mark colour in my work. This painting is uplifting and full of the joys of spring. The canvas is on a deep edge which is painted green.

Materials used:

Oil Paint
