Liquidex pro & Golden acrylic colour on Fabriano Artistico 300g watercolor fine grain, cold pressed cotton paper, acid free, 12 x 18 in., 30,5 x 45,5 cm
A sketch of people, body language, expressive brushwork. The composition is inspired from a segment of an earlier, lager and more elaborate composition of mine. I find it a fun challenge to attempt a reinterpretation of one of my own works. Here I let the music around me move my brush and colours instead of the confines of a preconceived sketch or idea.
The close up picture is to get a better feel for the texture and brush strokes of the painting. Then there’s me with the artwork for perspective.
