A white horse sitting on a cloud is an image of a fine balance
between the desire to rise and the fear of heights. In this work, physical space
becomes metaphysical: the sky is an internal "duty",
the cloud is an undefined support, and the figure of the horse is the embodiment of anxiety before
one's own peaks.
Soft color transitions, airy texture and transparency of brushstrokes contrast
with the anxious tension of the plot.
"Fear of Heights" is about doubt on the verge of flight. About how close to a dream can cause fear not of falling, but of the very possibility of rising.
