In this work, the female figure emerges as a quiet presence, suspended between landscape and inner space.
The body is not defined by sharp contours, but blends into the pictorial matter, becoming part of a layered and fluid environment.
A watery horizon crosses the figure, suggesting a fragile boundary between what is visible and what belongs to the inner dimension.
The torso becomes dense, sedimented matter, while the head opens upward, where light forms and suspended colours evoke thoughts, memories and possibilities.
The landscape is not descriptive: natural elements – trees, sky, water – function as symbols of an emotional state.
The painting speaks of listening and waiting, where the female body becomes a place of transformation, rooted in matter yet open to the lightness of thought.
