Original artwork description
This work, inspired by the profound bond between human beings and Nature, is part of a series that explores intimacy, connection, and coexistence. The first painting in the series has already found its collector; this second piece continues the dialogue through a tender, symbolic portrait.
Family II was part of The MEAM Hall, an international group exhibition of small-format works held in 2025 at two prestigious venues: the European Museum of Modern Art in Barcelona (May–August) and the Espacio Jovellanos in Madrid (August–September). After returning from the museum with its original frame, the piece is now available for acquisition. It carries with it the honor of having been exhibited in an international platform celebrating contemporary creation and artistic dialogue.
This artwork is made with acrylic colors on 100% cotton canvas. The edges are painted so the painting can be hung without frame. The surface is finished with a double layer of a water-based satin varnish, which makes it resistant to UV rays and the passage of time.
