Reaching out into the universe, holding and growing..

'Expanse' is painted intuitively, I began with a basic colour theme in mind and let the painting evolve, it's all about balance of shape and colour for me. I love painting like this, the image I have in my head at the start of a new painting is more of a feeling.
Painted on a large 36" x 24" canvas

edges painted in the same colours, therefore framing not necessary but optional
