Bespoke wood frame in contemporary box style, painted a dark charcoal grey to bring out the colours in the artwork.

The painting is on a premium canvas and I only use artist quality paints.
Supplied with all fixings for ready hanging attached to the back of the frame.

The painting is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send paintings by tracked courier for extra security.

The painting is inspired by many visits to the highlands of Scotland. I always take a sketchbook and make lots of colour studies. This painting is inspired by those colour sketches and also by sailing in the western Isles area.
