I have been painting salt-marshes on the coast of Essex and Kent because it's a fairly undiscovered part of the country with wonderful light and unique scenery.
I'm also drawn to the juxtaposition of the industrial buildings that are often scattered across the horizon...
Paintings from my salt-marsh series have been selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour exhibition and thanks to Artfinder, I've sold several other paintings from this series.
The oil and acrylic painting on canvas is framed with a simple white wooden float frame, and is ready to hang.
