Original large realistic seascape, oil on deep edge canvas.

Seaside Painting,
Escape, 2024

Dimensions:
30x24x1.5 inch approx ( 61x76x3.8cm)

In this ocean painting, I sought to capture the untamed spirit of the sea with its dramatic waves and ever-shifting moods. The intertwining of impressionism and realism in oil paints enhances the vibrant texture and depth, inviting the viewer to feel the crisp ocean spray and hear the roar of the waves.
This artwork aims to evoke a sense of freedom and the perpetual motion of nature, symbolising life's turbulent yet beautiful journey. It draws from the bold beauty of the ocean, the power of large green and blue translucent waves, and the clarity of sea water glazing sandy shores.
This water scape is a vivid reminder of the strength and freedom inherent within us all, bringing a dynamic, energetic yet soothing presence into any home.
