I think the picture speaks for its self ... quite a simple study but, for some reason, to my mind it works quite well (whereas the painting I was working on today, despite time spent researching a location; finding an ideal subject and hours in a field surrounded by sheep just didn't seem to 'gel'... heigh ho.. perhaps it can be redeemed)..just goes to show painting is pretty much like fishing but less predictable...
