It is essentially a modified vessel form cast in solid bronze and mounted on a Cherrywood base. The different colours and finishes inside and out are separated by a natural bronze line treated with a translucent golden brown patination.
But the way the line rises, falls and turns defines a deeper meaning to be uncovered in many unique ways by each onlooker who comes across the sculpture, influenced by their own experiences, memory and emotions.
The viewer can imagine anything and everything he/she wants. There are countless interpretations, each unique and personal; making the sculpture one’s own.
