On the cusp of autumn and winter, with trees in three-quarter leaf, the day draws to a close. Painted in peaceful and calming earth colours, neutrals and a beautifully rich caput mortuum, the sky retains the vestiges of warm light before the onset of winter.
The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness on a medium grain, fully-archival stretched canvas, measuring 32.4 cm by 20 cm, which is in the Golden Ratio.
The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. It is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
All paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated.
