This painting is acrylic on canvas and depicts an eagle looking across a serene lake. I was inspired to paint this eagle when a coworker shared her story of kayaking and seeing an eagle perched in a tree. As these eagles return to places around Kentucky, I hope many more of us might enjoy the sight of such a majestic bird.
