A vibrant, yet subtle spring scene of the South Downs, featuring distant, lush rolling hills are accompanied by beautiful blooming flowers under soft, drifting clouds. The artwork captures the fresh energy of spring with colourful blossoms and serene sky, evoking the peaceful countryside atmosphere of the beautiful South Downs. A palette of beautiful soft blues, greens, white and cream come together in this piece. Accented by subtle shimmering gold and copper accents. Whilst Wild white poppies, plants, leaves, petals and stems are delicately painted, that dance around the canvas. Painted with imagination and feeling.
