This series of oil paintings is united by a unique style and deep symbolism. In this painting, the woman’s face is captured in a dreamy state, full of romantic thoughts and expectations. Her closed eyes and serene expression convey a sense of calm expectation, as if she were lost in the warmth of her dream. I tried to depict this light and radiance, and at the same time, the reality of the girl is emphasised by thick brushstrokes of paint that contrast with and complement her romantic dreams.
The work has painted deep edges and ready to hang.
