This painting is one of my portrait works. It is painted with acrylics on 2 mm. thick cardboard. The painting is sold with the frame.
In these expressive close-up portraits my intent is to get beyond the regular facial features, catching clear psychological emotion. Hopes, dreams, pain, disappointment and such, all of them too human emotional conditions are among the themes I'm working on.
The painting measures 50 x 70 cm. and is lacquered with protective varnish.
