I love the way trees hug the landscape and how hills sweep in waves.
It's Derbyshire close by the Blue John Mines. I sat outside and drew while the rest of the family went down dark underground caverns. I reckon once you've seen one mine you've seen them all.
DIMENSIONS: 6" x 6" (15 x 15 cm) painting only.
MATERIALS: I've created this little painting with generous brush strokes of oil paint. The painting support is an oil prepared wooden board, a very stable and durable surface to work on.
I've left it unframed but it will slip seamlessly into a 6" x 6" (15 x 15 cm) photo frame. Or you could just prop it up on a shelf in a contemporary sort of way!
Carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail.
