In this painting, I've sought to capture the raw juxtaposition of nature's calm and its vibrant unpredictability. Through aggressive strokes and contrasting colors, each element in the piece—from the serene whites and grays of the background to the vivid pinks and reds of the water lilies—vibrates with life. This work embodies a spirited energy that, I hope, will invigorate any space, infusing it with a sense of dynamic tranquility.
Ewa is a contemporary colourist who paints rich and joyful city scene and landscapes with lavishly applied layers of paint, creating works that are almost sculptural in feel.
