Original artwork description
December in Kolomenskoye. Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich Palace. In this piece, I poured my passion into capturing the serene beauty of winter’s embrace on historic architecture. The textured oil strokes blend impressionism and realism, evoking crisp, frosty air and timeless calm. It brings a peaceful, majestic energy—perfect to inspire reflection and warmth in any home.
This palace in Kolomeskoye in the 17th century was one of the wonders of the world; it was located in another place, next to the Ascension Church. Intended for the king and princesses. Now it has been reconstructed. Exhibitions are held in the palace.
