“Day 1” is built on the contrast between cool blue tones and vivid pink-coral accents, created with acrylic and acrylic ink. Translucent layers of color, fluid washes, and graphic tree lines convey a shifting state of nature balanced between stillness and inner movement.

This work is part of a series that explores nature as an active participant in interaction, capable of entering into dialogue with the viewer. The series is rooted in familiar walking routes and moments when an ordinary landscape ceases to function as a neutral backdrop and begins to reveal its own presence and character. Rather than depicting a specific location, these works capture the experience of encounter—the tension, fragility, calmness, or subtle resistance that emerges between human presence and the environment. Each painting represents a different day and a different state, revealing nature as a living presence. The series investigates the moment when observation becomes reciprocity and the landscape begins to respond.
