I was very inspired by the color scheme of these roses. There are raspberry and dusty pink and purple and all together they create such a delicious combination that I just could not resist drawing them.
See how different roses form a stunning unity! How each complements the other. How much more boring would it be if they were the same?
The picture was painted in my favorite expressive manner, When colors mix with each other, flow over each other. Each color is reflected in the other, and together they create a single canvas woven from 1000 multi-colored strokes.
