This was an experiment painting on faced corrugated cardboard. Cardboard seems to me to be a good support material, favoured by Toulouse-Lautrec and other greats.
Each year I try to do flowers in season and 2015 was particularly good for these double headed daffodils.

Spectrum oil paint, knives, paste medium, cardboard
Details:

- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 60.7 x 97.4 x 2cm (framed)

- Signed on the front
- Style: Expressive and gestural
