This is a dynamic figure painting of Govinda, our inspiring, curvaceous model for the day. I chose to build the composition with layers of lines - it suited the model I saw before me. I enjoyed the process hugely as I worked to music in a spontaneous, mindless headspace.

Worked in a Dynamic Drawing session at Brunswick Heads, Australia. Here I enjoyed the ambience and company of other artists. This artwork was finished in my home studio.
