The composition is divided into three harmonious sections: the sky, the rolling waves and the pebbled shoreline beneath the translucent water. The soft pastel hues in the sky blend seamlessly into the deep blues of the sea, creating a calming yet dynamic contrast. The breaking waves, rendered with delicate whites and frothy textures, add movement and life to this piece. The foreground features submerged pebbles, painted with seemingly intricate detail to convey the clarity of the shallow water.
