This is a strange and scary time. Citizens of Russia will be punished with up to 15 years in prison for calling for an end to the war and supporting Ukrainians.

But I cannot keep silent.

I have Russian citizenship. But my mom was born in Ukraine, and my dad and most of my grandparents are Ukrainians. I cannot speak out about anything without endangering the health and lives of our relatives in Russia.

But I am an artist living in blessed Sicily. Therefore, let my new painting from the political flower collection "Sicilian flowers speak" tell for me what my heart is crying about, and what my soul is screaming about.
