Original artwork description
'Crumble' is built up with many layers of rich artist quality oil colour on a large square deep edge canvas. I started by finding a photograph of a landscape that Interested me. I used this to block in basic shapes using washes of paint. As I painted in thicker areas of colour I discarded the photograph and the painting took on a life of its own. I worked and reworked until I felt happy that the painting had the depth and balance that I had hoped for. The piece is energetic and being multi coloured means it would suit many interior space.
The edges are painted black and the artwork is ready to hang.
I use only the highest artist quality oil paint and stretched canvas.
This artwork should last for hundreds of years as do the old masters.
The images of interiors may not be 100% to scale.
