Crozon peninsula, Brittany, France.

In this work I tried to capture the wild energy of the sea and the solid tranquillity of the cliffs. It is a dance between the impetuous force of the waves and the unchanging resilience of nature. I paint 'alla prima', each lively, spontaneous brushstroke is a hymn to the raw splendour of the coast. It is pure serenity, a reminder of unspoilt beauty.

This artwork will be packaged rolled in a tube. Once stretched by a framer, the white finish of the sides of the canvas allows you to hang it without a frame if you wish.

Materials used:

This painting is painted with professional grade oil colors on a primed canvas. I prepare myself my canvases to create a texture specific to my painting needs and to insure them maximum longevity.
